Product Watch: Fluidigm's Single-Cell mRNA Seq Kits | GenomeWeb

Fluidigm this week introduced the mRNA sequencing application for its C1 Single-Cell Auto Prep System.

The new application enables transcriptome analysis of 96 single cells to rapidly study differential expression profiles of diverse cell populations. The C1 mRNA Seq kits and integrated fluidic circuits enable the processing of up to 96 single-cell cDNA libraries to quantify mRNA expression on Illumina sequencers.
