Premium

Analytik Jena has launched the FlexCycler2 thermal cycler.

The instrument features a Quick-X-Change block exchange system that allows block modules to be exchanged within seconds. Six different interchangeable mono and twin block modules are available, and the twin block modules allow two different PCR programs to be run simultaneously, the company said.

The 96-well block module and the 48-well twin block module are optionally available with gradient function. Further, the instrument's heating and cooling rates and temperature uniformity provide reproducible conditions in all positions of the sample blocks; and the system features user-friendly software and extensive additional software options, Analytik Jena said.
