Bio-Rad Laboratories this week introduced the SsoFast EvaGreen control assay, a pre-packaged kit that helps labs verify their real-time PCR instrument performance.

The assay kit features a broad dynamic range over six orders of magnitude, from 102 to 108 copies of template; high efficiency and R2; and fast run times of 50 minutes including a melt curve on the Bio-Rad CFX96 real-time detection system, Bio-Rad said.
