WaferGen Biosystems said this week that it has appointed Keith Warner as chief operating officer and Michael Henighan as CFO.

Prior to joining WaferGen, Warner served as a consultant to several life science investment firms since 2009. He has also served as vice president of worldwide marketing for Novartis/Chiron and CEO of Biodesix, and earlier in his career held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, sales and marketing, and management at Abbott Diagnostics.
