GenturaDx said this week that Geoffrey McKinley has joined the company as senior vice president of research and development to help accelerate the commercialization of the company's IDbox molecular diagnostics system.

McKinely joins GenturaDx from Osmetech, where he was responsible for R&D to support assay, consumable, and instrument development. He has previously held positions at Naxcor, BioMérieux, and Analytab Products, a division of Sherwood Medical. McKinely holds a PhD from Colorado State University.
