Nacalai to Distribute TriLink's Nucleic Acid Products in Asia

TriLink BioTechnologies this week announced that Nacalai, a manufacturing and marketing company based in San Diego, Calif., will distribute its modified nucleic acid products in Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan.

TriLink manufactures custom oligonucleotides, modified nucleoside triphosphates, and CleanAmp PCR products for the diagnostic and original equipment manufacturer markets.

The agreement follows another distribution deal that TriLink signed last week that gave French distributor Tebu-Bio the rights to market its CleanAmp products for hot-start PCR in Europe [PCR Insider 01-14-2010].
