NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Newfoundland and Labrador's Research & Development Corp., announced on Tuesday the investment of more than C$5.3 million (US$5.4 million) into 33 projects, including several 'omics projects, at Memorial University Newfoundland.
The investment is provided through RDC's academic programs focusing on building the R&D capacity in support of innovation and commercialization within the province. R&D is a provincial Crown corporation charged with improving Newfoundland and Labrador's R&D performance.
