Watchmaker Genomics has launched a new next-generation sequencing library preparation kit for whole-transcriptome sequencing applications.

The RNA Library Prep Kit with Polaris depletion generates stranded libraries in under 4.5 hours, including ribosomal and globin mRNA depletion. It includes a novel treatment step for formalin fixed, paraffin embedded samples and accommodates both intact and degraded samples. Inputs can range from 1 ng to 1 µg.
