Twist Bioscience Twist Alliance Pan-Cancer Methylation Panel

Twist Bioscience has launched a new pan-cancer methylation sequencing panel developed in collaboration with Anchor Dx.

The hybridization-based, next-generation sequencing target enrichment panel is part of the Twist Alliance Panels program, which sells custom, clinically validated panels designed by key opinion leaders. Its content is based on The Cancer Genome Atlas database and includes 31 cancer types and 47 database disease entities.

Validation studies were conducted using tumor biopsy samples from breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer.
