Twist Bioscience High-Throughput Antibody Production Platform

Twist Bioscience has launched the Twist High-Throughput Antibody Production platform to turn candidate DNA sequences into purified antibodies for therapeutic discovery and screening applications. Customers enter antibody DNA sequences into Twist's eCommerce ordering platform, where they are screened to filer out potentially non-viable sequences. After that, DNA is synthesized and either cloned into one of Twist's IgG scaffold vectors or into a customer's vector of choice. Twist's platform can simultaneously produce thousands of antibody genes, enabling the production of tens of thousands of antibodies, which are expressed in HEK292 cells, purified, and usually delivered within 35 business days of ordering.
