Thermo Fisher Invitrogen TrueTag Donor DNA Kits

Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched Invitrogen TrueTag Donor DNA kits for cell line engineering with CRISPR-Cas9 or TALEN technology. They allow researchers to enrich tagged cells and skip clonal isolation. The kits support four types of locus-specific knock-in templates and feature a one-step PCR workflow. They come with integrated Invitrogen TrueDesign Genome Editing software.
