Strata Assistant for Epic

Strata Oncology has introduced Strata Assistant, an app that allows integration of StrataNGS test submission into Epic Systems electronic health records. Strata Assistant, available through the Epic App Orchard, prepopulates the test requisition form with existing data from the EHR to reduce data entry and assure accuracy. The firm said that it would later add automated results retrieval within the app for the StrataNGS pan-cancer assay for solid tumors. Strata also announced that Kettering Health Network of Dayton, Ohio, is the first fully integrated user of Strata Assistant.
