Singular Genomics Max Read Kits for Single-Cell Sequencing

Singular Genomics Systems has launched the Max Read kits for single-cell applications on its G4 sequencing platform. The kits enable an output of 3.2 billion reads per run for single-cell sequencing. They are designed to match the format of popular 10x Genomics assays and allow users to sequence 4, 8, 12, or 16 samples per run. The price for the kits will be $1 per million reads, and they will provide 800 million reads per flow cell with 80 percent to 90 percent of reads at Q30 quality.
