SeqWell MosaiX Library Preparation Kit

SeqWell is now providing early access to its new MosaiX Library Prep Kit for demanding applications in human population genomics such as whole-exome and whole-genome sequencing. The kit is powered by SeqWell's TnX transposase, a high-performance next-generation sequencing enzyme engineered for improved activity and reduced insertion-site bias that helps enable workflow simplicity without sacrificing library quality, the company said. The kit is based on a novel, proprietary library preparation chemistry that results in directional tagmentation using a 90-minute end-to-end workflow, requiring only 45 minutes from genomic DNA to PCR-ready libraries, SeqWell said. The company will highlight the product at the Advances in Genome Biology and Technology conference next week in Marco Island, Florida.
