Saphetor Varsome 9.5

Saphetor has released version 9.5 of its VarSome genomic annotation software tool. The new version, which draws from more than 100 data sources, features several classifier updates, as well as an improved user interface, according to the company. The update covers the basic, free VarSome platform, as well as the paid VarSome Premium (formerly called Pro) and VarSome Clinical versions. Notably, Saphetor has amended VarSome Clinical coverage categories for germline variant detection for regions with coverage of more than 20x.
