Promega: ProDye Terminator Sequencing System

Promega has launched the ProDye Terminator Sequencing System, a Sanger sequencing chemistry that can be implemented on any capillary electrophoresis instrument, including Promega's own benchtop Spectrum Compact CE System. The new chemistry uses a proprietary thermostable DNA polymerase and the same dyes contained in Thermo Fisher Scientific's BigDye Terminator V3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit.
