Primordial Genetics RNA Polymerases

Synthetic biology firm Primordial Genetics has launched proprietary RNA polymerases, called Prima RNApols, for the generation of mRNA-based vaccines and therapeutics. According to the company, the new polymerases produce mRNA with higher yields, better purity, and lower double-stranded RNA levels than standard T7 RNA polymerase. They are available to customers for three-month evaluation trials, and Primordial Genetics is offering both exclusive and non-exclusive license options.
