PGxAI Sirius

PGxAI has launched Sirius, an AI model for personalizing drug selection, dosage adjustment, and drug-drug interaction management based on a patient's genome. The model currently covers 730 drugs and 40 genes involved in drug metabolism, with plans to expand to 1,700 drugs. It is designed for use by hospital systems, diagnostic labs, and contract research organizations. PGxAI said it plans to expand the platform to cover all known and potential therapeutic substances and to integrate data from more than 1 billion health outcomes by 2030.
