Parse Biosciences Evercode Mouse BCR Kit

Parse Biosciences has launched its Evercode Mouse B-Cell Receptor kit. 

The kit enables mouse BCR repertoire profiling alongside whole-transcriptome data for millions of cells, including BCR clonotype diversity and VDJ gene usage frequencies. A high pairing rate for the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains offers accurate antibody analysis while gentle fixation and advanced combinatorial cell barcoding techniques offers the ability to detect rare populations, such as plasma cells.
