Parse Biosciences Cloud Analysis Platform

Parse Biosciences has introduced a cloud-based analysis platform for single-cell RNA sequencing data, aimed at researchers who might not have bioinformatics expertise. The new platform is the result of a codevelopment collaboration between Parse and DNAnexus. Parse said that it rolling out the technology to a few existing customers now ahead of a planned general release in the 2023 first quarter.
