New England Biolabs WarmStart Fluorescent LAMP/RT-LAMP Kit and Master Mix

New England Biolabs has released the WarmStart Multi-Purpose LAMP/RT-LAMP 2X Master Mix and the WarmStart Fluorescent LAMP/RT-LAMP Kit. The products allow researchers to perform efficient, high-throughput detection of nucleic acids using a variety of amplification detection methods. The master mix has dUTP and UDG for carryover prevention, can be used with highly buffered and acidic samples, and supports multiple detection methods including turbidity detection and non-pH-based colorimetric detection. The kit is a fully buffered Multi-Purpose LAMP/RT-LAMP 2X Master Mix and a fluorescent dye in one package.
