Meridian Bioscience Air-Dryable Direct DNA/RNA qPCR Urine Mixes

Meridian Bioscience launched two Air-Dryable qPCR Mixes that enable the direct detection of DNA or RNA/DNA from urine samples. The mixes were developed specifically to overcome the adverse effect of inhibitors present in crude urine samples that can impact the sensitivity of a molecular test. Both mixes remove the need for RNA or DNA purification or complex component optimization and don't require lyophilization, instead using oven-drying procedures.
