Jumpcode Genomics CRISPRclean rRNA Depletion Kits

Jumpcode Genomics has launched two new kits for ribosomal RNA depletion. The CRISPRclean Stranded Total RNA Prep kit with rRNA depletion offers unbiased depletion and library preparation for RNA sequencing. The CRISPRclean Plus kit depletes over 200 bacteria species and human rRNA sequences to enable identification of lower-expressed transcripts.
