Dovetail Genomics Human and Mouse Pan Promoter Enrichment Kits

Dovetail Genomics announced its new line of capture Hi-C targeted enrichment panels. The Human Pan Promoter Enrichment Kit and Mouse Pan Promoter Enrichment Kits incorporate target enrichment technology from Twist Bioscience with Micro-C and Omni-C assays to enable interrogation of chromatin topology surrounding 80,000 coding and non-coding gene promoters.

The products increase sensitivity and resolution while reducing the sequencing burden by more than 90 percent. They utilize sequence-independent nucleases for superior coverage compared to restriction enzyme-based Hi-C methodologies.
