Congenica Variant Analysis Software Version 3.3

Congenica said this week that it has released version 3.3 of its variant analysis software. The updated software is able to predict variant pathogenicity with the firm's artificial intelligence and, for the first time, incorporates GnomAD gene constraint scores, among other new features. The new release also speeds up analysis by 4x over earlier versions and promises increased diagnostic yield by prioritizing the causal variant 85 percent of the time, the company said.
