Codexis Codex HiTemp Reverse Transcriptase

Codexis has launched its Codex HiTemp Reverse Transcriptase for use in one-step quantitative reverse transcription PCR. The enzyme has enhanced thermostability up to 70 degrees Celsius. It also has improved robustness regarding sample degradation, varying pH conditions, stability at room temperatures, and presence of impurities. Further, it can complete a reverse transcription reaction in as little as five minutes.
