BioChain Institute: NGS-Characterized Bio-Samples for Oncology Research

BioChain Institute has expanded its line of next generation sequencing-characterized bio-samples, to be used in preclinical drug development and as reference samples in CLIA labs. It now offers tissue samples characterized for BRCA1, BRCA2, MSI, HPV, EGFR, and KRAS and is developing additional mutation-specific samples. All samples are available in frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded formats, and some come as matched sets including normal tissue and adjacent primary tumor tissue as well as plasma from the same donor.
