BioBam OmicsBox 2.0

BioBam Bioinformatics has released version 2.0 of its OmicsBox cloud-based modular data analysis platform. The new version adds microbiome analytics tools and a feature called Combined Pathway Analysis. The latter, part of the OmicsBox set of functional analysis modules, facilitates identification of pathways from multiple databases, regardless of whether the dataset previously contained functional information.
