Bio-Techne DNAscope Assays

Bio-Techne has expanded its Advanced Cell Diagnostics RNAscope technology with release of its new DNAscope assays. DNAscope, Bio-Techne's chromogenic DNA in situ hybridization (ISH) technology, employs a double-z probe design and the signal amplification system of RNAscope to enable rapid and flexible probe development for DNA targets and the visualization of targets in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. The firm's RNAscope technology is an ISH assay that enables visualization of single-molecule gene expression with single-cell resolution directly in intact cells and tissues.
