Bio-Rad Laboratories SEQuoia RiboDepletion Kit

Bio-Rad Laboratories has launched the SEQuoia RiboDepletion Kit. The kit improves assay efficiency by eliminating irrelevant ribosomal RNA fragments from an RNA-seq library and is designed for genomics researchers targeting rare transcripts or working with limited or degraded sample. The kit enables the pooling of multiple libraries into one depletion reaction to save time and reduce costs, and it streamlines workflow to less than two hours, Bio-Rad said.
