Bio-Rad Laboratories SEQuoia Express Stranded RNA Library Prep Kit

Bio-Rad Laboratories has launched the SEQuoia Express Stranded RNA Library Prep Kit. The kit provides biopharmaceutical and research scientists with a solution for constructing libraries to support efficient RNA-Seq workflows for transcriptome profiling. The kit consists of three tubes and uses a novel reverse transcriptase and a ligation-free adaptor addition chemistry to yield a reproducible, quantitative RNA-Seq library in three hours. The kit also allows researchers to construct robust libraries that capture mRNA and long noncoding RNA transcripts of greater than 200 base pairs for differential gene expression analysis and novel transcript discovery. Bio-Rad offers a complementary and customized bioinformatics solution to streamline the full next-generation sequencing workflow, from library preparation to data analysis.
