Becton Dickinson BD Horizon RealYellow 586

Becton Dickinson has launched the BD Horizon RealYellow 586 dye, the first product in a line of dyes called BD Horizon RealYellow and RealBlue Reagents that can be used for both conventional and spectral flow cytometry. 

BD Horizon RealYellow and RealBlue reagents were developed using BD dye technology and an artificial intelligence-guided approach to select the optimal fluorochrome positions, according BD. The AI was used to analyze data from excitation and emission profiles of commercially available fluorochromes and identify the optimal positions for new dyes to be developed using BD chemistries. 

BD Horizon RealYellow 586 Reagents are now available globally.
