Ansa Biotechnologies has launched Ansa Clonal DNA synthesis services for products up to 5 kb in length. The company's core enzymatic synthesis technology produces DNA up to 600 bp in length, which can serve as building blocks for longer molecules using a proprietary, sequence-agnostic assembly technology. The company said it can produce difficult sequences including repeats, hairpins, other strong secondary structures, GC-rich sequences, and homopolymers. Following DNA synthesis, Ansa verifies the sequence by long-read sequencing coupled with an internal informatics and analysis pipeline.
