Invivoscribe LymphoTrack TRB Assay

Invivoscribe has released the research use-only version of its LymphoTrack TRB Assay for the Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform. The assay dentifies clonal TRB (VDJ) rearrangements, the associated VDJ region DNA sequences, and provides the frequency distribution of V, D, and J region segment utilization using the included LymphoTrack bioinformatics software. This software allows researchers and pharmaceutical companies conducting clinical trials to identify amd track clonal populations by performing minimal residual disease testing of subsequent samples.

Dolomite Bio Nadia Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Platform

Dolomite Bio has launched its Nadia single-cell platform for single-cell RNA sequencing. It is a droplet-based microfluidic instrument that can generate up to 6,000 single-cell libraries per sample in around 15 minutes. Researchers can run one, two, four, or eight samples in parallel.

TwistDx TwistAmp Liquid Kits

TwistDx recently launched TwistAmp Liquid kits, a range of liquid format recombinase polymerase amplification kits ideal for rapid testing applications and high-throughput laboratory use. RPA is an isothermal DNA/RNA amplification technology that the company says offers the same specificity as PCR but with much faster results – typically within three to 10 minutes.

The new kits are designed to simplify integration of RPA technology into existing laboratory workflows. The liquid format also simplifies the development of miniaturized or custom assay configurations and the creation of bulk master mixes, TwistDx said.
