Oxford Nanopore MinKnow Software

Oxford Nanopore Technologies has released an updated version of its MinKnow software, which controls its MinIon, GridIon, and PromethIon sequencing platforms. Among other changes, the new version includes a feature called "progressive unblock," which helps increase the data yield of a flow cell, as well as active voltage control, which improves signal consistency during a run, the company said.
