Conceptus has named Lori Ciano as its executive vice president of human resources. Ciano joins Conceptus from Affymetrix, where she was senior vice president of human resources. Before that, she was vice president of human resources at Novellus Systems. Ciano also worked for Varian Associates for 20 years in a variety of customer service, marketing, and business development positions.
