NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Roche NimgleGen today said that the University of Iowa's Roy J. Carver Center for Genomics has been named a certified service provider for the firm's microarray products.
The Carver Center received certification from the firm for two applications: array Comparative Genomic Hybridization and gene expression.
Harsha Doddapaneni, director of the center, said that the Carver Center for Genomics is the first academic center in the US to attain Roche NimbleGen CSP status for these applications.
