Exosome Diagnostics, a developer of biofluid-based molecular diagnostics for cancer, announced that Kapil Dhingra has joined the company's board of directors.

Dhingra is the managing member of the healthcare consulting firm KAPital Consulting, which provides oncology-related strategic advice to biopharmaceutical companies. Also, from 1999 to 2008, he held various positions at Hoffmann-La Roche, including VP of the company's oncology disease biology leadership team and the head of oncology clinical development.
