Pathway Genomics Inks Brazil Partnership

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Pathway Genomics today said that it has signed a partnership with Diagnosticos da America (DASA) to bring its genetic testing services to the Brazilian market.

DASA will market the tests to physicians in Brazil. Among the tests DASA will offer are the Pathway Fit test for food metabolism and exercise response and the Cardiac Health Insight, a panel providing information on how a patient's genes may affect heart-related conditions.

Terms of the alliance were not disclosed.

DASA has 11 central laboratories and collects samples from more than 500 patient service centers.
