Pathway Genomics Gets CLIA OK for Lab

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Pathway Genomics said last night that it has received a CLIA Certificate of Accreditation for its lab from the US Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

The genetic testing firm had received accreditation last month from the College of American Pathologists.

"Reaching this level of accreditation is an important milestone in the company's growth," David Becker, chief scientific officer of Pathway Genomics, said in a statement.
