GeneNews Extends Term of Warrants | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – GeneNews has extended the term of certain purchase warrants to July 31, 2012.

The warrants were issued by the Canadian molecular diagnostics firm on Jan. 16, 2009 and Feb. 11, 2009, entitling holders to purchase one common share of GeneNews at an exercise price of C$.25 ($US.25) per share.

There are 1 million warrants that were set to expire on Jan. 16, 2012, and there are 1,978,065 warrants that were set to expire on Feb. 11, 2012.
