Zach Pitluk, Justin Starren

Gene Network Sciences has appointed Zach Pitluk as vice president of business development. Pitluk joins GNS from Definiens, where he served as North America life sciences business manager. Pitluk previously spent five years at Fisher subsidiary Cellomics as national sales manager, and also held sales positions at Clontech Labs, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and ISCO.


The Marshfield Clinic has selected Justin Starren to lead its new Biomedical Informatics Research Center. Starren is currently associate professor in the department of biomedical informatics and radiology at Columbia University.
