Yury Rozenman, Whaijen Soo

Yury Rozenman has left his position as director of life science business development at Platform Computing to join IBM as global pharmaceutical marketing manager. Prior to Platform, Rozenman was senior vice president of supercomputing and bioinformatics at Juno Online Services and a senior software consultant at Applied Biosystems.

Biogen has appointed Whaijen Soo as senior vice president, medical research. Soo most recently served as vice president, clinical sciences, at Roche. During his tenure at Roche, Soo headed the oncology, virology, and transplant areas and built the company’s genomics and bioinformatics capabilities.
