Viaken is Hewlett-Packard’s Life Science ASP Partner



AITHERSBURG, Md.--Viaken Systems, which delivers via the internet research informatics technologies for genomic and biotech research companies, said it will team up with Hewlett-Packard to develop high-performance computing platforms for the life science industry. Calling itself a "full service provider," Viaken hosts a data center that offers small and mid-size biopharmaceutical companies access to research informatics tools and electronic commerce services. The company said its agreement with Hewlett-Packard will allow it to host high-performance computing services for small business customers as well as top-tier pharmaceutical companies.
