NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Tempus announced today that it has raised $70 million in a Series C round of financing.
The round was co-led by New Enterprise Associates and Revolution Growth, and brings the total amount of money Tempus has raised to $130 million since its founding two years ago.
Tempus provides genomic sequencing and data-analysis services to help guide treatment decisions for cancer patients. The company has partnered with a number of institutions recently, including the Cleveland Clinic, the University of California Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Chicago Medicine, and the University of Michigan.
