Srinivasan Seshadri, Sreenivas Devidas, Sreenivas Devidas, Eric Eastman


Strand Genomics of Banagalore, India, has made a number of key staff appointments. The company hired Srinivasan Seshadri as its COO and acting CEO and Sreenivas Devidas as vice president of business development and strategy.

Prior to joining Strand, Seshadri was CTO of the Network Management unit within the Optical Networking Group of Lucent Technologies and was the director of the distributed computing research department at Bell Labs, Murray Hill, NJ. Devidas was the vice president and life sciences advisor to venture firm ConnectCapital Holdings and senior biotechnology consultant to McKinsey & Company in the US and in Europe.

Strand has also appointed Sreenivas Devidas, CSO and vice president of Structural Bioinformatics, and Eric Eastman, CTO and senior vice president of Gene Logic, to its scientific advisory board.
