Spotfire Launches Enterprise Tool for Expression Analysis



AMBRIDGE, Mass.--Spotfire has launched Spotfire Array Explorer 2.0 for gene expression analysis. The company described the product as "a truly open solution that accelerates the discovery and development of products across the customer’s extended enterprise."

Fully integrated with Spotfire Pro, Array Explorer connects to key sources of genomics data, such as GATC databases and Incyte LifeArray files, and offers a variety of clustering and profile searching techniques coupled with visualization approaches and configurable, embedded web links to public information repositories. Price per annum per user for the product is $1,000.
