Scripps Gets Additional Patent for Gene Technology Licensed to Digital Gene



A JOLLA, Calif.--An additional patent has been issued to support the underlying technology used by Digital Gene Technologies’ Toga total gene expression analysis method. Issued to the Scripps Research Institute and licensed exclusively to Digital Gene, the patent is the third in a series that covers components of Toga and extends the intellectual property covered by the company’s earlier patents, also licensed exclusively from Scripps.
