Schrodinger to Add AVS Interactive Graphics to Cheminformatics Software

Advanced Visual Systems said this week that Schrodinger will use its data visualization technology to add interactive graphics to its Seurat cheminformatics software.

Seurat is a rich internet application for medicinal chemists, biologists, and preclinical scientists. It offers capabilities for small-molecule screening, hit-to-lead, lead optimization, and preclinical data analysis.

According to AVS, Schrodinger will incorporate data visualization techniques created with AVS' OpenViz — a data visualization application programming interface that is used to add graphics to analytic applications and other information systems.
