NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Sanofi-Aventis has extended a license agreement with Aureus Pharma for its data-management line, including its latest database tools, for three years, Aureus said today.
Paris-based Aureus said it will provide its new AurScope knowledge databases and will update its existing databases for the drug maker’s R&D programs.
The therapeutic targets in the databases include kinase inhibitors, nuclear receptors, GPCR protein receptors, and drug safety information related to absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion.
The new pact extends a relationship that has been ongoing for seven years, Aureus said.
Financial terms of the agreement were not released.
